Overview

The Network Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the company’s network infrastructure. You will ensure high availability, security, and optimal performance of all network systems to support business and client requirements.

Responsibilities

Design, configure, and maintain LAN / WAN, VPN, firewalls, switches, and routers.
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
Implement network security protocols and procedures.
Collaborate with other IT teams on network integration projects.
Document network topology, configurations, and procedures.
Provide support for network-related issues and incidents.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Cantonese, Putonghua, and English, with the ability to read, write and speak in both English and Chinese.

Bachelor’s degree or High Diploma in Computer Science, Networking, or related field.

Experience with Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Checkpoint, or other major networking platforms.

Knowledge of TCP / IP, routing, switching, and firewall technologies.

Familiarity with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, etc.) is a plus.

Network certifications (CCNA, CCNP, HCIA etc.) is a plus
