Key Responsibilities

• Fabrication and Assembly : Weld metal components to fabricate or repair products according to shop blueprints, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and safety guidelines.
• Blueprint Interpretation : Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine welding requirements.
• Equipment Operation : Operate welding equipment, including MIG, TIG, and stick welders, to perform welding tasks on various metals and alloys.
• Quality Assurance : Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Safety Compliance : Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Maintenance : Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaboration : Work closely with other team members and departments to coordinate tasks and meet project deadlines.
