Manage company documents, contracts, meeting records, and general filing.
Organize internal meetings, staff activities, and guest receptions.
Handle office supplies procurement, asset registration, and general office logistics.
Supervise staff accommodations, canteen operations, and transportation arrangements to ensure compliance and safety.
Assist in departmental budget preparation and administrative expense claims.
2. HR and Expatriate Management
Handle visa and work permit applications and renewals for expatriate employees.
Manage employee insurance applications and renewals (SOCSO, EIS, medical insurance, etc.).
Assist in recruitment processes including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer preparation.
Maintain attendance, leave, and employee records accurately.
Support staff training, performance review, and employee engagement activities.
3. Compliance and Policy Support
Ensure compliance with Malaysia’s labor laws, immigration regulations, and company policies.
Support the development and improvement of HR and administrative procedures.
Liaise with government departments, banks, and other agencies for document submissions or official matters.
Marital Status : No restriction
Education : Bachelor’s degree or above (Diploma holders with strong experience will be considered)
Major : Management, Human Resources, or related fields preferred
Languages : Proficient in English, Malay, and Mandarin (able to use all three for daily communication)
