Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance via inbound calls, live chat and email. Diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions for customers. Manage databases and ensure system security. Identify trends in customer feedback and provide suggestions for product improvement. Provide step-by-step guidance to resolve issues efficiently. Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least SPM. Have a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience is preferred. Required languages : Mandarin & English. Must be able to speak Mandarin to ensure smooth communication with end-user support. Fast learner in a fast-paced company. Great attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills. Able to work in a 24 / 7 rotational shift (5 days working, 2 days off in a week). Job Benefits
