As a Field Service Engineer , you will make an impact in Johor.

What will you do?

• Support serviceable Schneider equipment including electrical switchgear, protection relays, PLCs, HMIs, Gateway, Servers, Communication, Networking in ENMCS & IMCS environment.
• Properly document, label, and return all defective parts utilized in the repair of equipment to the designated disposal / repair location.
• Develop innovative solutions to more complex technical problems that arise during start-up.
• Research, evaluate, and recommend new products or equipment upgrades that will meet customer needs.
• Assist Schneider Electric Service Partners in site visits, evaluating technical and professional performance.
• Look for other business opportunities outside current scope of work and lead them to the sales team when at customer site.
• Solve technical issues as Technical support level 2.
• Escalate to other technical support level within the company when needed.
• Investigate remotely the origin of the breakdown and submit fixes.
• Support Consulting Expert, Project Engineer and IOT Integration Digital Execution in all business and operational issues.
