Role Overview
This is a full‑time, REMOTE role for a Client Support & Executive Assistant, located in Malaysia.
About the Role
Bistrochat is looking for a versatile and proactive individual to join our team. This hybrid role involves acting as a Client Account Manager for our restaurant partners and a Personal Assistant to the founders. You will be the primary bridge between our technology and the restaurant teams using it, while also ensuring the founders have the administrative support they need to focus on growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Restaurant Success & Account Management (B2B)
- Setup & Onboarding : precise configuration of restaurant settings within the Bistrochat system.
- Training : Teach restaurant staff and managers how to use our software effectively, ensuring they are comfortable and confident using the platform.
- Support : Be the “go‑to” person for our restaurant clients—answer questions, troubleshoot issues, and ensure they get the most out of Bistrochat.
2. Executive Assistant to the Founders
Task Management : Assist the founders with daily administrative tasks and scheduling.Ad‑Hoc Projects : Handle various research or operational tasks to help the business run smoothly.Coordination : Help organize internal processes to free up the founders’ time.Who You Are

Location : Remote.Languages : Fluency in Cantonese and English is mandatory (both written and spoken). Other languages are a plus.Connectivity : You have a reliable, high‑speed internet connection and a proper workspace at home.Experience : Previous experience in Account Management, B2B Support, or as a Personal Assistant is preferred but not mandatory.Previous experience in client support or in the hospitality industry is a plus.Why Join Us?
