Job descriptionCurrently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace Able to handle administrative tasks such as documentation, filing, and basic report preparation Able to handle customer communications (emails, calls) in a polite and professional manner Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision Strong sense of responsibility, good attitude, and willingness to learn Skills Required : Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Email Marketing and Marketing Automation Internship duration : Minimum 3 months (preferably 3–6 months)
Job Description
- Work closely with the internal department to brainstorm, conceptualize and deliver ideas on campaigns
- Execute digital marketing campaigns, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, Social Media Post copywritting
- Manage company social media platform, including ideation, content copywriting, project planning, execution, responding to customer's queries
- Perform email & whatapps marketing.
- Dealing with incoming email & calls from clients and attend meeting with client
- Providing assistance to other personnel when necessary.
- Provide support to senior marketing personnel such as data analysis and submission of reports on time
