Established good customer relationship and provide product selection solution to best meet the customer's workplace need. Penetration and retention of existing business through pro active outbound calls & email marketing promotions.
- Influences customers to buy products and to give product information and price quotations.
- To maintain & update the customer general data (Email, PIC, Contact number).
- To attend customer's feedback and handle customer related enquiries and complaints.
- To execute any promotion implemented by Marketing / Sales for re-activation or existing customer under the vacant territories.
- To make daily outbound calls to customers to introduce products / services and generate sales leads.
- Provide excellent customer experience and maintain high level of service and professionalism at all times.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- All other adhoc reasonable assignment assigned to you from time to time.
- Basic RM2400-RM2500+ KPI incentives
Qualifications
Minimum Diploma levelSAP user , high proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel), Sales prospoecting skills, sales negotiation skills,Effective communicator. Fluent in oral and written English.Minimum 2 year of relevant experience in handling outbound calls / Telemarketing / Telesales
