Finance Director

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

Conduct financial analysis to support business strategy

Generate cash flow statements, balance sheets, and management reports

Lead and manage budgeting and forecasting processes

Handle crypto transactions including token payments, revenue recognition, and conversion tracking

Reconcile multi-chain wallets and ensure accurate categorization of digital assets

Implement and optimize financial systems and tools

Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the finance function

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines
• Chartered Accountant (ACCA, ACA, CPA, CIMA) or equivalent is an advantage
• Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting; fintech, crypto, or blockchain industry experience preferred
