Job description5+ years of professional experience in offensive security, with proven skills across application domains. Proficiency in scripting languages to create custom exploits and automate testing workflows. Ability to clearly articulate technical risks to both technical developers and non‑technical business leaders, fostering collaboration without conflict. True hacker mentality and out‑of‑the‑box thinking.
Senior Offensive Security Engineer (Application)
Key Responsibilities
- Perform hands‑on penetration testing across web, mobile, and API targets.
- Design and execute sophisticated attack scenarios beyond automation, using creative manual techniques to uncover subtle and complex security gaps.
- Partner directly with development teams to explain risks, provide actionable guidance, and validate fixes, acting as a catalyst for building more secure systems.
- Develop custom scripts, tools, and methodologies to enhance the efficiency and depth of the offensive security program.
- Proactively search for IOCs and APT indicators within the organization’s environment.
