Job descriptionPrepare monthly payroll and ensure timely and accurate processing. Maintain and update employee attendance, leave records, and overtime claims. Handle statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB) and liaise with relevant authorities. Manage employee insurance and benefits matters. Support in handling employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and counselling sessions. Foster positive workplace relations and assist in implementing engagement activities. Maintain confidentiality and ensure fair treatment in all HR matters. Assist in monitoring employee performance appraisals and probation reviews. Support implementation of KPIs and performance improvement plans. Identify training needs and coordinate training programs or workshops. Keep records of employee training and development activities. Prepare HR reports and maintain HR database. Ensure HR policies and procedures are up to date and compliant with employment laws. Assist during HR audits and regulatory inspections. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in a HR Executive position in a manufacturing‑based company. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills. Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws and regulations. Language : Proficient in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken). 5 working days per week. Opportunities for professional development and career advancement. - Handle end‑to‑end recruitment processes — job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with department heads to identify manpower needs.
- Maintain and update employee records and job descriptions.
