Job Description

• Conduct Operator Specific Skill (OSS) training, TWI Job Breakdown Sheet training and BPS training for production operator
• .Certify operator based on Workplace Appraisal, issue Certification Card and update Operator Training Recor
• dReview operator competency and update Skill Matrix
• .Conduct yearly recertification for production operator and update Certification Card, Training Record
• .Prepare and update training module and maintain it up to date
• .Ensure training facility is maintained in good condition
• .Arrange and support TWI training for production operator
• .Support skill development program for technician and line leaders with proper tracking records
• .Improve operation training efficiency by creating systems or processes
• .Any other duties assigned by immediate superior from time to time
