Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Responsible to enable collaboration among A&A team and cross functional team in designing and developing automation systems and software to improve operations efficiency and productivity.
• Develop or improvise auto tracking system (webpage or apps) for Automation & Analytics projects for IR4 and IR5, inclusive coverage of core functions, support functions as well as ROI.
• Alias with cross function team to develop activities around A&A project kickoffs, scope definition, design reviews, acceptance testing, and weekly progress reports.
• Continuously monitor and measure A&A development projects and activities to identify and communicate potential issues, risks, or problems in a timely fashion and provide corrective action options to drive to resolution vs plan.
• Examine existing operations opportunities to enable automation or autonomous platform or framework creations.
• Alias with CIA team on technology Research and Development to create new and breakthrough automation solutions.
• Lead and manage Flash BE A&A resources, budgetary, task-based events along with A&A teams.
• Identify and document projects milestones and deliverables and keep project always plans up to date, including resource allocations, tracking hours, monitoring schedules, milestones, deliverables, updating percentage completion, etc.
• Provide insight around potential risks and opportunities, resolve conflict, initiate resolution and deliver results.
