As a Front Office Guest Ambassador at Tadmax Sdn Bhd (Nadias Hotel Cenang Langkawi), you will be responsible for a customer-facing role focused on creating positive, memorable experiences for visitors by providing welcoming first impressions, attentive service throughout their visit, and efficient assistance with needs like directions, information, and issue resolution.
