Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Business Development & Store Management

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the official brand.com eStore (product assortment, pricing, promotions, inventory updates, and content management).
  • Drive online revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, partnerships, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Plan and execute product portfolio approaches using sales data, market insights, and competitor benchmarking.
  • Ensure seamless integration of logistics, payments, and customer service touchpoints to deliver a premium shopping experience.

2. Performance Marketing & Campaign Optimization

  • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across paid search, display, social media, affiliates, and retargeting.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance through A / B testing, conversion funnel analysis, and CRO .
  • Manage campaign budgets efficiently to maximize ROI while tracking key KPIs (ROAS, CTR, CPA, LTV, etc.).
  • 3. Technology & Innovation (MarTech / ECTech)

  • Collaborate with IT / development teams to implement and enhance eCommerce technologies (CMS, OMS, PIM, CRM, marketing automation).
  • Leverage MarTech tools to deliver personalized shopping experiences and improve customer segmentation.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies such as AI-driven personalization, voice commerce, and headless commerce.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience managing a brand.com online store / direct-to-consumer (D2C) platform (experience in marketplace-only roles is not sufficient).
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, eCommerce analytics, and campaign optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with CMS, OMS, CRM, and marketing automation tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies.
  • Self-starter, highly organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
