Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Business Development & Store Management
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the official brand.com eStore (product assortment, pricing, promotions, inventory updates, and content management).
- Drive online revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, partnerships, and customer engagement strategies.
- Plan and execute product portfolio approaches using sales data, market insights, and competitor benchmarking.
- Ensure seamless integration of logistics, payments, and customer service touchpoints to deliver a premium shopping experience.
2. Performance Marketing & Campaign Optimization
Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across paid search, display, social media, affiliates, and retargeting.Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance through A / B testing, conversion funnel analysis, and CRO .Manage campaign budgets efficiently to maximize ROI while tracking key KPIs (ROAS, CTR, CPA, LTV, etc.).3. Technology & Innovation (MarTech / ECTech)
Collaborate with IT / development teams to implement and enhance eCommerce technologies (CMS, OMS, PIM, CRM, marketing automation).Leverage MarTech tools to deliver personalized shopping experiences and improve customer segmentation.Stay updated on emerging technologies such as AI-driven personalization, voice commerce, and headless commerce.Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field.Minimum 3–5 years of experience managing a brand.com online store / direct-to-consumer (D2C) platform (experience in marketplace-only roles is not sufficient).Strong knowledge of digital marketing, eCommerce analytics, and campaign optimization.Hands-on experience with CMS, OMS, CRM, and marketing automation tools.Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies.Self-starter, highly organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
