Job description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Install, commission, and calibrate equipment at customer sites.
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance and urgent repair services.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, or software-related issues.
  • Provide on-site and remote technical support and training to customers.
  • Maintain detailed service reports, documentation, and inventory records.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to report field issues and suggest improvements.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through professional support and timely follow-ups.
  • Travel to customer sites as required (domestic and potentially regional).

Requirements :

  • Diploma / Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related engineering field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of relevant field service experience, preferably in semiconductor equipment or EMS environment.
  • Good understanding of mechanical and electrical systems; software troubleshooting is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work independently and manage schedules effectively.
  • Willingness to travel frequently.

    Pay : RM3, RM7,121.74 per month
