We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive (Accounts Payable & Receivable) to join our team. If you have a passion for numbers, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration, this role is for you

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist in the formulation and preparation of experimental shrimp hatchery feeds (including micro-diets, liquid feeds, and live feed enrichment products).
  • Assist in traceability of raw materials usage in products for exercise / when necessary
  • Collect and analyze biological and environmental data from nutrition trials.
  • Maintain detailed records of experiments / trials, formulations, and results for technical reporting, including setting parameters of machinery.
  • Support quality assurance by monitoring feed ingredient quality and ensuring correct processing protocols.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including nutritionists, microbiologists, production and laboratory technicians and other departments to complete R&D works.
  • Operate laboratory and R&D pilot plant equipment and maintain a clean and safe working environment, assist in troubleshooting.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of feed products based on trial outcomes and feedback.
  • Study in laboratory testing, including wet chemistry, microbiology, and PCR testing for raw materials (incoming & expired), in-process samples, and finished feed products.
  • Ensuring compliance of products with internal specifications and standards – sinking & leaching, colour, texture, smell, particle size.
  • Conduct R&D lab-scale trials, analysing experimental data, and contributing to the development of innovative feed formulations and packaging materials with minimum supervision.
  • Participate in validating and optimizing testing methods to improve accuracy and efficiency in the lab (with minimum supervision).
  • Contribute to feed security initiatives, including identifying risks and implementing preventive measures.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for R&D findings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve quality issues in production.
  • Engage in continuous improvement projects and provide ideas to enhance existing processes.
