Job Description

Serving SMEs incorporated in Singapore

Assist in preparation and filing of statutory documents with ACRA (e.g. annual returns, changes in officers, shares, etc.)

Maintain and update statutory registers and records

Prepare directors’ and shareholders’ resolutions, minutes, and other corporate documents

Ensure compliance with the Companies Act and other regulatory requirements

Liaise with clients, auditors, and government authorities when necessary

Handle incorporation, striking off, and changes in company structure

Provide administrative support and assist with ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field

At least 1 year relevant experience in corporate secretarial work

Proficient in MS Excel

Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
