Requirements

Diploma student or fresh graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain, or similar field – fresh grads are welcome to apply!
Able to speak and write in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
Basic knowledge of logistics, inventory, warehouse, and transportation processes.
Able to analyze simple data and suggest ways to improve operations.
Problem-solving mindset and willing to learn on the job.

Responsibilities

Assist in preparing and processing shipping and delivery documents such as invoices, packing lists, and delivery orders.

Help coordinate with transporters, warehouse staff, and customers to arrange and follow up on delivery schedules.

File and organize logistics documents to ensure everything is in order for audits and compliance checks.

Support the logistics team with general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document tracking.

Don’t worry if you’re new – guidance will be provided throughout your internship.
