Job descriptionIdentify clients and foster positive & long-term relationships Recognize and strive to meet client's hiring needs Negotiate on contracts to bring in business opportunities Employ recruiting methods to attract candidates Search for potential candidates using hiring databases, job portals and social media Evaluate resumes and applications Perform pre-interview screening with the candidates (phone screening & face-to-face interview) Create relationships with job seekers and provide consultation / advice Create leads and perform cold calling to prospective clients Achieve individual KPIs & sales target Possess 1-2 years of experience in HR / Recruitment field Fresh graduates are encourage to apply Training is provided Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Self-motivated and sales driven (willing to work in sales bounded role) Customer service and sales skills Good organizational and time management skills Able to work in a fast pace environment and multitask Confident and pleasant personality
