Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from customers requiring roadside assistance (e.g., breakdowns, accidents, flat tires, battery issues, towing).
• Collect and verify customer details, vehicle information, and exact location.
• Assess the situation and dispatch appropriate roadside assistance providers.
• Coordinate with external service partners (towing, mechanics, battery service, locksmiths, etc.).
• Provide clear communication and updates to customers on service arrival and status.
• Record and update call details accurately in the system.
• Escalate urgent or unresolved cases to the supervisor / manager.
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism, empathy, and problem-solving throughout customer interactions.
