Sustainability Manager

Manager, Sustainability , where you’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering our environmental and ESG agenda. What You’ll Do

Lead environmental initiatives including carbon reduction, waste minimisation, sustainable packaging, and energy efficiency. Support the Head of Sustainability in developing strategies, frameworks, and action plans to advance sustainability objectives. Act as deputy to the Head of Sustainability when required, ensuring leadership continuity. Drive cross-functional collaboration and engage with stakeholders including NGOs, regulators, and business partners. Manage sustainability reporting, ESG disclosures, and compliance with standards such as GRI, TCFD, ISSB, ISO 14001, and EECA 2024. What We’re Looking For

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business, Engineering or related field. Master’s or professional certification (e.g. GRI, ISO 14001, REEM) is an advantage. Experience : 3–5 years in sustainability, ESG, environmental management, or related fields. Strong background in energy management and sustainability reporting. Skills : Excellent communication, project management, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement. Proactive, adaptable, and collaborative mindset. Exposure to the F&B, retail, or manufacturing industry is an added advantage. Why Join Us?
