About The Role : We’re looking for a People & Culture Manager to shape the employee experience in our Kuala Lumpur office. From hiring and growth to engagement and culture, you’ll be the go-to partner for our people, while keeping the office running like clockwork. Note : At Blueberry, moving with purpose means showing up, connecting, and building momentum together. This role is based onsite in Kuala Lumpur, Monday to Friday, where the real magic happens.

How You’ll Make An Impact

  • Act as a trusted HR partner to leaders and employees, providing advice and driving people initiatives
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, from job design to onboarding
  • Guide managers on compensation strategies and oversee payroll, benefits, and rewards
  • Drive employee engagement programs, health and wellbeing initiatives, and regular surveys
  • Oversee performance management processes and support talent development plans
  • Maintain HR systems (HRIS), ensuring accuracy of data and dashboards
  • Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws and HR best practices
  • Support organisational change initiatives and act as a coach for leaders during transitions
  • Promote and champion Blueberry’s values across all people-related activities

Qualifications

Who We’re Hoping To Find

  • 6+ years’ HR experience in Malaysia, across multiple HR functions
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and HR compliance
  • Proven track record in recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
  • Extra Points if you have

  • Proficiency in Mandarin (to support Mandarin-speaking employees and stakeholders)
  • HR experience in Financial Services, Brokerage, or Trading environments
