The Opportunity
We’re looking for a strategic, business‑focused CFO to join our leadership team and help steer the next phase of our journey.
You’ll be more than a financial custodian — you’ll be a growth enabler . The finance and accounting foundations are strong, led by capable senior managers. Your role is to bring strategic foresight, performance discipline, and investor confidence.
What You’ll Do
1. Drive Planning, Tracking, and Decisioning
- Lead the company’s financial planning and analysis (FP&A), ensuring that growth plans are measurable, realistic, and achieved.
- Build performance frameworks that connect business strategy with revenue, margin, and cash outcomes.
- Partner with business leaders to assess new opportunities, pricing strategies, and investment decisions.
- Implement dashboards and early warning systems that keep leadership aligned and proactive.
2. Influence Business Outcomes
Act as a strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team, turning financial insights into clear business actions.Shape and own company‑wide performance metrics — CAC, LTV, retention, recurring revenue, and profitability.Bring commercial and analytical rigor to key decisions — from partnerships to market entries and product monetization.Promote a culture of data‑driven, accountable growth across all business units.Manage investor relations and communications, keeping existing and potential investors aligned with company milestones.Lead financial readiness for a future listing — including governance, compliance, and financial reporting upgrades.Oversee fundraising, valuation, and due diligence processes.Build credibility with the board and capital markets by delivering transparency, discipline, and performance consistency.What You’ll Bring
15+ years in finance leadership, with 5+ years in a CFO or senior finance role at a growth‑stage or tech‑driven company.Deep understanding of SaaS economics and metrics (ARR, CAC, LTV, retention, gross margin).Proven experience driving growth and profitability, not just managing books.Exposure to fundraising, M&A, or IPO‑readiness environments.Exceptional communication and influencing skills — able to partner with CEOs, boards, and investors.Professional qualifications such as CPA, CA, CFA, or MBA Finance are highly valued.What Success Looks Like
