Job Description :
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure efficient and cost-effective sourcing of materials and services
- Manage a team of procurement professionals, providing leadership, guidance and performance management
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure the best possible terms and conditions
- Analyse market trends, supplier performance and inventory levels to identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to align procurement activities with broader business objectives
- Continuously seek ways to streamline procurement processes and introduce innovative solutions
