About the role
As a Material Quote Specialist at BizLink Technology (S.E.A) Sdn. Bhd., you will play a crucial role in providing strategic support to the sales team. This full-time position is based in Seberang Perai, Penang, and involves analysing material requirements and generating competitive quotes to help the company secure new business.
What you'll be doing
- Exercise and implement sourcing strategies and activities for the assigned commodity
- Provide competitive cost for the new RFQ from Business Team
- Ensure on time quote submission to Business Team
- Support NPI RFQ activities
- Manage supplier contracts, price confirmation and system updates
- Monitor & track RFQ progress and closure
- Resolve price discrepancy for supplier contract price
