About the Role

We are looking for experienced and creative Digital Marketing Executives to support our growth. This casual role is ideal for talented marketers who want flexible hours while contributing their skills to the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize SEO campaigns to increase visibility for mortgage and loan services
• Plan and run Facebook Ads & TikTok campaigns to generate leads
• Develop, maintain, and improve company websites for user experience and conversions
• Create and manage engaging content on Red Note (小红书) to build brand awareness in Mandarin-speaking markets
• Drive online lead generation and brand growth across multiple platforms

Requirements

Minimum 3 years' experience in digital marketing

Strong expertise in SEO, social media advertising, and website development

Bilingual : Excellent command of Mandarin and English (both written and spoken)

Creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven

Able to commit to part-time work : 2 hours per day, Monday–Friday
