Requirements

  • SPM with experience
  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, is required.
  • Able to read and write Mandarin
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Willingness to work on Malaysia public holidays, following the Hong Kong public holiday schedule.
  • 5.5 days work per week (Monday - Friday : 9am - 6pm, Saturday : 9am - 1pm)

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations and processes for HK ePension transactions, focusing primarily on Contribution, Payment, and Termination, to ensure timely delivery of services in compliance with HK pension policies, rules, and regulations, meeting Service Level Agreements (SLA).
  • Perform data and document verification to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Investigate transaction breaks and exceptions, identifying root causes and implementing end-to-end solutions for the Contribution to Payment Tagging process without delays.
  • Proactively engage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project deliverables efficiently.
  • Handle inquiries and maintain strong working relationships with relevant authorities and stakeholders.
  • Take on special assignments, projects, and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisors.
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements and developments, contributing user and functional requirements, performing end-to-end testing, and working closely with developers to ensure successful implementation.
