Channel Sales Executive, Indoor Sales

Job descriptionNo specific diploma / degree requirement — hardworking, responsible, and willing to learn. Sales experience in security products (CCTV, Door Access, Network) is an advantage, but not mandatory. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to handle client-facing roles confidently. Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented to ensure smooth sales cycles. Bilingual preferred to liaise with diverse customers. Basic Salary + Commission Monthly package range : SGD 3,000 – 5,000 (depending on performance and sales results)
Job Responsibility
- Maintain and service existing client accounts (mainly B2B, CCTV, Door Access, Networking products).
- Update customer records, handle order processing, coordinate delivery, and follow up on payment collection.
- Support sales operations with day-to-day coordination between customers and internal teams.
- Build rapport with clients and channel partners through consistent communication and service.
- Focus on maintaining relationships with an existing base of customers, with some business development where required.
