Job Overview

We are seeking a results-oriented Salesperson responsible for providing expertise and technical sales support to the districts he will manage.

Responsibilities

  • Support Direct sales team in terms of technical sales support focusing on Graphic Communication Services product portfolio.
  • Achieve company-set product gross and revenue targets.
  • Follow standard conditions for business activities based on sales compliance, conformity with company policy, and secured transaction.
  • Promote improvement of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain technical liaison with business partners and regional support office.
  • Conduct technical workshops for internal sales or external customers to promote Fujifilm product portfolio.
  • Collaborate with District Sales Managers, Account managers and Sales executives in day‑to‑day sales activities : account management, cold calling, product demonstration, and proposal presentation.
  • Develop sales tools, product samples, and sight seller in partnership with supplier and marketing team.
  • Attend product training and sales workshops.
  • Engage in continuous self‑improvement by studying product information, professional publications, competitors' products and leaflets.
  • Maintain and update customer records in Salesforce (SFDC); update daily activity logs.
  • Plan account management using data gathered via SFDC.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, Advertising / Media or any relevant field.
  • Minimum 3‑5 years of sales experience in relevant industry, preferably IT / advertising related.
  • Strong understanding of IT concepts and colour printing knowledge preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Skilled in understanding customer needs and articulating them back to Technical and Service Delivery Teams.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Pre‑sales.
