Overview

Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Billennium with expertise in Employer Branding and Talent Management. This role requires understanding intricate business environments and industry trends to provide direction aligned with business needs. Key skills include collaboration with internal and external IT partners, extensive SAP BW expertise to guide project teams, and excellent communication across organizational levels. Familiarity with IT service management methodologies (ITIL) and experience with agile and lean methodologies are essential. The role also requires prioritizing tasks, multitasking, and adaptability.

Job Description :

  • Understand complex business landscapes and directions based on industry trends and business needs.
  • Establish effective collaboration with business and internal / external IT partners.
  • Strong and extensive SAP BW knowledge and experience; ability to guide team development efforts toward successful project delivery.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to collaborate with people at different organizational levels.
  • Knowledge of IT service management such as ITIL; experience applying methodologies such as agile and lean.
  • Proven ability to prioritize work deliverables, multitask, and be flexible.

Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with business, functional, and IT teams in the Supply Chain area (e.g., Demand planning, analytics and insights) across global locations.
  • Participate in workshops, meetings, and SAFe ceremonies (PI Planning).
  • Participate in requirements gathering, design, development, implementation, testing, and deployment of BW solutions.
  • Contribute to the solution build for Analytics & Reporting in the Supply Chain area.
  • Optimize ETL processes : develop efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading procedures for the data warehouse.
  • Utilize advanced ABAP techniques to automate complex data transformations within BW.
  • Integrate with SAP HANA to optimize data processing and performance in the data warehouse.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot BW systems to ensure stability and performance.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by researching and implementing the latest SAP BW advancements and best practices.
  • Design and implement robust, scalable data models for large and diverse data sets.
  • Ensure smooth handover of the solution to support and operations teams.
  • Provide timely progress reports on activities and work packages according to the program plan and milestones.

    • Key Skills and Experience Required :

  • 5-8 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in SAP BW on HANA / BW / 4HANA.
  • Experience with native HANA data modelling.
  • Experience with SAP ABAP.
  • Project experience in advanced modeling concepts including Analytic Views, Attribute Views, hierarchies, calculated columns, and SAP HANA SQL / SQL Script / Procedures.
  • Knowledge of Calculation views; AMDP is a plus.
  • Knowledge of A&R in Supply Chain is a plus.
  • Analytical and communication skills to engage with business partners and understand their needs.
  • Fluent in English (oral and written).
  • Experience in the Pharmaceutical or life sciences industry is a plus.
  • Hybrid working arrangement (3 days per month).
  • Official working hours : 10 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM (flexible).
