Qualifications : -Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field-Proven experience as a Backend Software Engineer, preferably in the development of warehouse management or control systems-Strong proficiency in C# programming language and .NET framework-Experience with designing and implementing scalable and high-performance backend solutions-Solid understanding of software development best practices, design patterns, and principles-Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues-Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams-Prior experience in a technical leadership role is highly desirable
