Responsibilities

Prepare a variety of hot and cold beverages, including local drinks.
Make fresh juices and blended drinks according to established recipes.
Develop new beverages and recipes from time to time to keep the menu fresh and appealing.
Ensure all drinks meet company standards for portion size, presentation, and quality.
Monitor beverage and supply inventory, restocking as needed to maintain accuracy and availability.
Assist the lead barista in daily operations.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the preparation area and all related equipment.
Provide prompt, friendly, and efficient service to all customers.
Comply with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Foster a positive, safe, and healthy working environment.

Requirements

Candidates must possess at least an SPM qualification.

A diploma in a related field will be considered an added advantage.

Basic knowledge of preparing hot and cold beverages, as well as fresh juices.

Basic English will be an advantage.

No health issue / critical illness.

Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service.

Must be willing to work on shifts (F&B Operation hours) / weekends and public holidays.
