Job descriptionFamiliar with quality, measurement and other relevant laws and regulations. Fluent both in Mandarin & English. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients. Be familiar with and understand the standards of cross-border E-commerce Platforms. Familiar with ISO 9000 / IATF 16949 quality management standards and quality management process. Have a rich experience of furniture, home appliances and other products. Open for Malaysians only Professional development Diploma / Advanced Diploma (Preferred) QC : 5 years (Preferred) Mandarin (Preferred)
Responsibilities :
- Monitoring incoming raw materials, in-processes and final product's quality inspection and ensures all QC members carry out their job accordingly.
- To develop effective quality control processes, quality control plan for production flow.
- Ensure that incoming components and raw materials comply with quality standards.
- Review and analyze quality reports for raw materials and finished products.
- Responsible for handling product quality-related complaints.
- Raise internal corrective action requests and verify their implementation.
- Supervise inspectors, technicians, and provide guidance.
- Ensure compliance with third-party inspections.
- Oversee product development to identify deviations from quality standards.
- Monitor quality trends and prepare reports for management.
- Conduct internal and external audits as per quality management systems.
- Ensure compliance with ISO documentation control and client audits.
