We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to lead our in-house design team. You’ll be the key bridge between Sales / Marketing and Design , managing workflow, ensuring creative alignment, and delivering high-impact visual content across digital, print, packaging, and social platforms.

Responsibilities

• Interpret project briefs from Sales / Marketing and assign or execute accordingly
• Oversee and support designers to ensure timely, high-quality output
• Review all work for alignment with brand and creative direction
• Provide clear feedback and mentorship to junior designers
• Manage project timelines and flag potential delays
• Uphold visual consistency across all touchpoints
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate objectives into compelling visuals
• Drive ideation and problem-solving within the creative team
