Overview
Lead and supervise overall beverage operations across all assigned outlets. Ensure smooth daily execution and alignment with company standards and values. Establish and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for beverage preparation, presentation, and service.
Quality & Customer Experience
Maintain consistency in beverage quality, taste, and presentation to meet brand expectations. Regularly evaluate customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance guest satisfaction. Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards are strictly adhered to at all times.
Menu & Product Development
Design and develop beverage menus, including seasonal offerings and specialty drinks. Drive innovation through new product launches and promotional campaigns. Collaborate with the marketing team to create attractive promotions that increase customer engagement and sales.
Inventory & Cost Management
Oversee stock management, including ordering, storage, and usage of materials. Monitor beverage costs, wastage, and margins to optimize profitability. Implement systems to track and control inventory efficiently.
Team Training & Development
Lead, coach, and mentor outlet barista teams to improve skills and performance. Conduct structured training programs on coffee knowledge, latte art, customer service, and beverage standards. Foster a positive, motivating work environment to build strong team engagement.
Performance & Compliance
Conduct regular audits and quality checks across outlets. Evaluate individual and team performance through reviews and KPIs. Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and company regulations.
Job Requirement
Minimum 3–5 years of barista experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or lead barista role. Proven experience in managing beverage operations in café / restaurant settings. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and peak hours when required.
