About the role

As a Graphic Designer at Rumah Ibu Sdn Bhd, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling and impactful designs that support the company's brand and marketing initiatives. This is a full-time position based in Ipoh, Perak, offering the opportunity to work with a talented team and contribute to the growth of the business.

What you'll be doing

Conceptualise and design a wide range of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and other promotional assets
Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet the company's brand guidelines and objectives
Continually seek to improve and refine your design skills to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Participate in team meetings to present your work, receive feedback, and contribute to the creative process
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field

Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a fast-paced agency or in-house marketing environment

Proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign

Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout

Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders

Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work

Passion for creating visually appealing and impactful designs that support brand identity and marketing objectives
