Your Role in Our Mission

As a Conversion & Retention Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to maximize lead-to-customer conversion rates and extend customer lifetime value. This role combines data-driven decision-making, creative campaign planning, and close collaboration with Business Development, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure every stage of the customer journey is optimized for engagement and retention.

Conversion Strategy & Execution

• Define and execute strategies to move leads through the funnel—from awareness and trial to active customers.
• Develop and execute targeted strategies to convert high-quality leads into paying customers.
• Support Sales Executives with data insights, tailored offers, and winning conversion tactics.
• Collaborate with Sales Executives to close high-value opportunities and improve first-time deposit (FTD) rates.
