Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

Graduate Mechanical Engineer

to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are eager to build their careers in engineering and contribute to exciting projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, designing, and executing engineering projects.
• Support senior engineers in drafting technical drawings, specifications, and reports.
• Conduct research, collect data, and perform calculations to support project requirements.
• Participate in testing, inspection, and troubleshooting of systems, equipment, or prototypes.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (production, quality, maintenance, etc.) to meet project objectives.
• Maintain documentation and records of project activities and progress.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
