Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly, check them in / out, and ensure a smooth arrival and departure experience
- Manage reservations, guest inquiries, and special requests with professionalism
- Operate the front desk computer systems, and maintain accurate guest records
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest needs
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and handle guest messages promptly
- Uphold hotel policies, safety procedures, and security protocols
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
- Assist with concierge tasks, such as recommendations and local information
- Support night audit and daily reporting as needed
Qualifications and Skills
Minimum Diploma in any fieldExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsPolished, friendly, and professional appearanceStrong problem‑solving abilities and multitasking skillsBasic computer literacy (MS Office; experience with property management systems a plus)Ability to work night shift, including weekends and holidaysTeam player with a can‑do attitude and a customer‑centric approachWhat We Offer
