Lead complex interior design projects, from concept development to execution, ensuring design vision is translated into stunning, functional spaces. Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle for interior design projects from concept to completion. Coordinate effectively with clients, designers, and on-site construction teams. Ensure projects align with the company\'s "human-centric" design philosophy and core values. Oversee and manage project timelines, budgets, and quality control. Implement strategies that align with ESG principles, focusing on sustainability and well-being. Requirements

Bachelor\'s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in interior design, with a proven track record of leading and managing projects. Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, etc. Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of successful interior design projects, including office spaces, FnB, retail & hospitality Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, teams, and stakeholders.
