Responsibilities :
- Promote and drive sales of new vehicles / car.
- Participate in road shows, sales activities, and launching events.
- Manage daily sales prospecting and maintain all records systematically for effective use of the Sales Funnel system, reporting daily to the sales manager.
- Comply with the company's guidelines and procedures.
- Provide a consistently high level and memorable customer service.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the dealership sales target.
- Determine customers' needs and financial abilities in order to propose solutions.
- Constantly acquire and update knowledge of our products.
- Enhance customer satisfaction and achieve DSSI target.
- Generate and capture as many leads as possible in the funnel (volume).
- Retain and update customer information to ensure customer loyalty and support all CRM initiatives.
- Actively interact with all levels of customers.
