Job descriptionScreen resumes and coordinate interview schedules. Support the onboarding process, including preparing offer letters and organizing orientation sessions. Employee Engagement Handle employee feedback and assist with resolving minor workplace concerns. General Administration Assist with ad-hoc HR tasks and perform other duties as assigned. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Previous experience in HR, recruitment, or administrative roles is a plus. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). SPCI HELM Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is hiring a Junior HR Generalist to be based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. Salary range : MYR 2,800 – MYR 3,500 (Permanent / Contract).

Assist with job postings and advertisements.
Coordinate employee engagement activities, including events, team-building sessions, and recognition programs.
Respond to general HR inquiries from employees and managers.
