We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and oversee our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies. As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and fostering a high-performing sales culture.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Sales Leadership and Strategy

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
  • Set clear objectives and performance goals for the sales team aligned with company objectives.

2. Team Management

  • Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and competitive team environment.
  • 3. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Oversee client onboarding and ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
  • 4. Sales Operations

  • Monitor and manage sales metrics, including pipeline health, conversion rates, and revenue forecasting.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities and maintain accurate customer data.
  • 5. Reporting and Insights

  • Prepare regular sales reports and present insights to senior management.
  • Identify challenges and implement solutions to improve sales performance.
  • Qualifications :

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Proven ability to consistently exceed group sales targets and grow revenue.
  • Experience working in the education industry will be an advantage.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.
  • High emotional intelligence and ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for sales and a customer-centric approach.
  • Interest in Chinese Metaphysics.
  • Working hour : Monday to Friday 9.30am to 5.30pm, Saturday 9.30am to 1pm
