Overview

Sunway Medical Centre Bandar Sunway is Hiring!

Responsibilities

  • Be stationed and control crowd at each respective areas as assigned (i.e. lift & counter area).
  • Provide assistance & support to customers and patients and attend to all their enquiries.
  • Direct customers and patients to their desired locations.
  • Assist customers and patients to fill up the Patient Experience Cempia via QR code / tablets.

Qualifications

  • Fresh graduate or those that are waiting for study intakes are encouraged to apply.
  • Has working experience with direct contact i.e. customers / patients is an added advantage.
  • Able to commit fully / partially to the below :

    • Monday to Friday : 7 : 30pm to 4 : 30pm

  • Saturday : 8am to 1pm
  • Sunday & Public Holiday : Off
  • On the job training & uniform will be provided!

    • Hiring process

  • Average processing is around 2 to 4 weeks.
