Job descriptionCollect, verify, and extract relevant data from various systems and business units for measurement, analysis, and reporting. Ensure accuracy in reports, make corrections when needed, and highlight any discrepancies to the supervisor or stakeholders. Deliver assigned reports on time and communicate any issues promptly. Respond to ad-hoc requests and help resolve any issues that arise. Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Statistics, or other related fields. Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in management reporting or analytics, preferably in logistics or finance. Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Proficient in Excel (able to use Pivot Tables, functions, and formulas). Basic knowledge of finance and accounting to understand key performance metrics. Good communication skills, both written and spoken. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Analysis skills : 1 year (Preferred)

Responsibilities : Brief Description
This role supports the Senior Analyst (SA) and Assistant Manager (AM) in Business Performance & Analysis. The main responsibility is to prepare different types of reports related to business control and business development, with a focus on financial, volume, and customer performance metrics. The role also involves handling stakeholders' requests and ensuring business requirements are met.

- Prepare and deliver routine reports and assigned tasks on time.
- Investigate and analyze anomalies or deviations, and share findings or solutions with the supervisor.
- Support the supervisor in change initiatives and analytical studies for other projects.
