A DAY IN A LIFE

As a start up, you can expect your days to be pretty varied. Multitasking is normal, and sometimes, your skills or natural talents will be leveraged to support other business priorities. That said, the bulk of your working hours should involve you having to :

• Ensure all cargo priorities has been set as per strategic priority sequence
• Deep understanding on aircraft cargo limitation by sector and flight level
• Fast response on booking confirmation emails
• Ensure all lying cargo has been planned accordingly
• Sets cargo priority on SmartKargo system based on strategic prioritization sequence
• Plan cargo on teleport’s capacity based on country’s requirement and aircraft limitation
• taking in account of pax load and baggage
• Ensure all cargo which is on lying list is planned on the available flight
• Divert shipments when required to ensure there is no backlog at the end of the day and
• notify all relevant parties via pre-alert
• Updates station performance sheet upon the departure of a flight
• Support CBA China whenever required
• Provide booking confirmation upon required within the set time frame
