EXECUTIVE- SHOPPING MALL

►      Manage promotional activities so that our customer has a great shopping experience

►      Manage local advertising where special commercial promotions may be proposed by Tenants that meet customer needs

►      Manage changeover of Tenants and fit-outs so that they are scheduled correctly and not impact our customers shopping trip

►      Lead a general standard of customer service from Tenants (i.e. staff availability, stock and good attitude)

►      Understand customer complaints and resolve as appropriate to deliver our "Customer First" promise

►      Establish and maintain a good relationship with all tenants and attend promptly and professionally to any complaints

►      Work with tenants to maximize the potential of the center

►      Develop close working relationship with the local and regional tenants

►      Encourage and develop good relationships with the various authorities and local agencies

►      Manage the day to day running of the center so that it is carried out efficiently

►      Check standards of food court - operated efficiently, hygiene and cleanliness

►      Lead high standards of cleaning in all areas

►      Develop and manage adequate security both in and out of shopping hours in all areas

►      Check standard so that the day to day appearance of the center is of the highest standard

►      Check the fire, health and safety regulations in place across the center

►      Check maintenance records, accounts and files in for management matters and have them available for authorized inspection

►      Monitor and ensure all tenant to abide company house Rules

►      Ask for and action staff feedback

►      Acknowledge progress with my team and individuals

►      Support my team to attend work

►      Regularly plan and review work with my team

►      Forecast and manage cost center expenditure within budget so that we have effective use and control

►      Check we are following up late payments, bad debts and management issues

►      Check that budgets for local promotions are delivered

►      To collect the deposit for Temporary Space promotion, collect rental for both Temporary space promotion and permanent tenants.
