About the team
Our Trainers are an essential part of making our Trust & Safety Operations teams successful. They develop and deliver online & classroom training to address changes to policies, induct new team members and help our teams gain new skills. It is possible that this role will be exposed to harmful content as part of the core role / as part of project / in response to escalation requests / by chance. Content that Safety Ops Labelling Trainer interacts with includes images, video, and text related to every-day life, but it can also include (but is not limited to) bullying; hate speech; child safety; depictions of harm to self and others, and harm to animals. What will I be doing : 1. Deliver process / product / policy training in classroom and / or online environment in English and Mandarin language. 2. Help to develop and deliver training courses for different trainees / markets / products. 3. Identify and assess training needs of the team to bridge any process / policy gaps for better performance and understanding about the policy. 4. Participate / lead policy briefings to ensure any changes are consistent and in line with cultural, socio, geographical and political conditions. 5. Work with labeling business team to achieve top performance, including group coaching, bottom performers identification and training.
Minimum Qualification : 1. Bachelor’s degree or above, short video product user. 2. At least 1-year training experience in trust and safety or policy in a major tech or media company. 3. Proficient in English and both Mandarin and Traditional Chinese since you will be overseeing China / Taiwan / Macau market; Preferred Qualifications : 1. A fast learner who has the ability to embrace a fast-paced working environment. 2. Be familiar with machine learning and content understanding. 3. Willing to travel abroad to a nearby country for a short period of up to 1 month. 4. Strong cultural communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Your ability to work in a high tempo environment, adapt, respond to day-to-day challenges of the role. 6. Your resilience and commitment to self-care to manage the emotional demands of the role.
