Requirements
- Candidate must prossess at least SPM, Business Studies or related discipline.
- Experience preferably in the sales and marketing of food products industry.
- Proficiency communication and written Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
- Excellent selling communication and negotiation skills will be advantange.
- Prossess own transportation and willing to travel.
- Can work at Kajang.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve company revenue targets.Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry knowledge, and market trends.Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team performance goals.Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to foster long-term business partnerships.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to understand client needs and industry trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.Manage the full sales cycle , from lead generation to deal closing, ensuring a high conversion rate.Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics , preparing regular reports for senior management.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service and following up on feedback to enhance client retention.Collaborate with marketing, operations, and other departments to deliver a seamless customer experience and align cross-functional strategies.Prepare and manage the sales budget , forecasts, and expenditures effectively.Participate in strategic planning meetings , offering input to improve sales processes and company growth plans.Handle escalated client issues and resolve them promptly to maintain trust and satisfaction.Perform ad-hoc tasks as required by senior management.Benefits
